Filmin is one of the few author based media services, streaming in Europe. We realized Filmin was losing a lot of potential due to it's weak approach to new digital tendencies and to the emerging era of new independent viewers, and wanted to change that. We decided to change the look of its platform and some of its branding, keeping the things that existing viewers loved the most about Filmin.
The Brief
Redesign the concept of an OTT (Over-the-top) media service. Find opportunities and propose new interactions.
My Contributions
I redesigned the logo and the visual concept, keeping it's beloved character and characteristics. I designed the animation and the short opening video. Proposed the new interactions and designed the UI components.
